We are a New York State Corporation located in Connecticut. We do not physically handle or take possession of client assets; all investments and cash are maintained with qualified custodians. We secure limited power of attorney from clients for the express purpose of making applicable transactions. Our clients receive a copy of all trade confirmations, as well as monthly statements from the brokerage house. In addition, BMC provides a semi-annual statement.

Our accounts are monitored, and periodic discussions with our clients allow us to reassess established investment objectives making adjustments, as warranted.
